A deposit is required for treatments and packages booked over 2 hours duration and is non-refundable if appointments are cancelled without 24 hours notice.
When making payments of £10.00 or under by credit card a 25p surcharge will be levied.

Please note we do not carry out full body treatments on male clients
All timed treatments include undressing/dressing times
Please be aware that if you are 15 mins or more latefor your appointment we may have to reduce or change the treatment that you have booked
Gift Vouchers - a wonderful present for that special occasion.
Vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of issue.
We cannot be held responsible for lost/stolen gift vouchers.
Complaints procedure - We commit ourselves to providing a good service to a high standard at Affinity. If for some reason you have an observation or complaint please refer it immediately to the Manager/Proprietor who will endeavour to resolve any issues you may arise.
Please note that if a complaint is received after 72 hours then we will not be held responsible. It is our policy not to give refunds unless it is agreed by the proprietor that the service/treatment received is not up to our high standard.
Children - please note that we welcome children of all ages to Affinity, but whilst they are on the premises they must be kept under the direct supervision of the Parent or Guardian. Affinity cannot be held responsible for any accidents or incidents that may occur whilst the child is not under the direct supervision of the Parent or Guardian whilst on these premises.
